Remember This! Scrapbooking values all customer relationships and we will not put those relationships at risk by jeopardizing your privacy by sharing names, personal address, email address or any other personal or contact information. We will NEVER sell, lease, or share our customer contact lists with any third party. Your information of solely for the purpose of Remember This! Scrapbooking giving you the best customer service we can.

Information gathered from you is securely stored and is used only for the purpose of completing your orders and keeping in contact with you about Remember This! Scrapbooking events, products, sales and offers. You may opt out of our permission based email newsletters at any time by using the “safe unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. Shipping

Remember This! Scrapbooking ships to Canada and the U.S. To keep shipping policies simple we use a flat rate policy for all orders under 3 pounds (Actually shipping rates will apply to all order over 3 pounds. You will be contacted prior to shipping to discuss shipping charges.)

 

Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This includes $100 insurance, tracking.

· · Orders between $50-100                     $5.00

· · All Canadian orders over $100             Free Shipping         (US customers will receive a shipping credit for $6.00)· 

· Shipping to the U.S                                  $11.50*                   *customers are responsible for taxes, duties and customs charges

·                                                                                 assigned by the revenue agency for their country.

Returns

 

We endeavour to make every shopping experience a pleasant one. We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Please let us know if an order does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, so that we may have an opportunity to make it right.

 Returns are accepted within 14 days on regular merchandise in it’s original packaging, unopened and unused. Refunds to not apply to shipping charges– customers are responsible for shipping charges. Prior notice is required for any returns.

Warranty issues and claims of manufacture defect after the 14 day period must be made to the manufacturer. Please notify us as well, so that we may monitor the quality of the products we offer.

 All sales are final on open stock items such as cardstock and pattern paper, pens, rubber stamps and unpackaged stickers. All sales are final on sale and clearance items.

Crop Registration Fee Policy

 

Early registrations fees are available for each crop. Please see specific crop for deadlines. Registration and payment are required to qualify for early registration pricing.

 If, in the event, you are unable to attend a crop you are registered for (with a valid reason) you may roll your registration fee over to the next scheduled crop. A fee roll-over is allowed only once per set of fees.  Fees will be forfeited on a second missed attendance.  Please be aware there are costs incurred in preparing your space at an event these costs will be covered by your forfeited fees and it should not be the responsibility of this event provider or fellow attendees to cover costs incurred by you.
